Technical assistance to the ministry of labour, invalids, and social affairs for the development of social work as a profession in Viet Nam

UNICEF is seeking for an international consultancy/consultant with relevant technique expertise to support the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affair (MOLISA), the relevant goverment agencies and universities in the legal review and development of a normative framework on social work, development of national programmes on social work for the next period and improving the social work training program at the tertiary and post-graduate level This consultancy is a part of UNICEF's support the development of Social work as a profession in Vietnam. It will contribute to Objective 3 of the Promotion & Protection of Children's Rights project (2017 - 2021) on Strengthened capacity of key state actors to improve the legal and policy frameworks for child protection system and development of social work profession Tender 9162285 TOR TA to MOLISA for Social work as a profession in Vietnam
