Technical Specialist (EpiC project)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Position Type: Full time
• Deadline for applications: ASAP

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, finance, project management, social sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with projects management principles and practices
• Professional experience working with men who have sex with men, transgender persons or other vulnerable populations
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide array of organizations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Vietnamese, proficiency in English an advantage
• Considerable experience implementing projects with USAID funding
• Ability to travel as needed
