Temporary Business Development Officer

PLAN INTERNATIONAL VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR TEMPORARY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER IN HANOI We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Temporary Business Development Officer, who will provide leadership in Plan Vietnam’s business development/resource mobilisation from the private sector to support the country strategy and transform the lives of 2 million girls in Vietnam. Position: Temporary Business Development Officer Working Location: Plan International Vietnam office – 106 Hoang Quoc Viet Job Description: -Support the Business Development Unit to lead private sector engagement within Plan Vietnam. Analysis and mapping of fundraising and development landscape. Coordinate the development of project proposals for private sector and other partners. -Conduct outreach, networking and developing partnerships with international and national private sector stakeholders based in Vietnam. Represent Plan Vietnam within the Plan International federation and to the private sector and other stakeholders on private partnership matters. -Strengthen the capacity of staff in building relationships with private sector and other stakeholders, managing/reporting on grant-funded programs and projects. -Monitor project implementation and support reporting Requirements: -University Degree in social science, business administration or related fields -Five years of experience, preferred in fundraising in the development sector or in corporate asocial responsibility programming -Experience working in Vietnam, with relevant private sector partners, and in identifying and developing fundraising opportunities preferred -Fluency in written and spoken English.
