Overview : UNDP is looking for 03 National consultants to Support to General Statistics Offices (GSO) in collecting Multi-dimensional poverty (MDP) data by applying new MDP measurements in 2021 Viet Nam Household Living Standard Survey (VHLSS). VHLSS 2021 collects accurate MDP data to provide 2021 baseline MDP statistics based on the GoV newly approved MDP and lays the foundation for the full application of new MDP line/ measurements by VHLSS in 2022 and beyond. The objective of this consultancy service to assist the GSO to (i) design software for data entry and writing the instruction for enumerators, (ii) design sample for and (iii) processing the data collected through applying new MDP line/measurements in, 2021 VHLSS, Three consultants will work together in a team. 01 national consultant – as team leader, responsible for general coordination and completion of all 5 deliverables; directly in charge of deliverables 1 and 5, (25 days). 01 national consultant 1 (IT specialist), directly in charge of deliverable 2 and responsible for supporting the team leader and team member 2 for timely and successful completion of all deliverables of this assignment, (25 days). 01 national consultant 2 (statistic and sampling specialist), directly in charge of deliverables 3 and 4 and responsible for supporting the team leader and team member 1 for timely and successful completion of all deliverables of this assignment, (25 days). Specific task of each consultant will be described in the TOR. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
