- Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) is an Oslo-based Humanitarian organization working in the field of Mine Action. We have operated in Vietnam since 2007 with a Representative office and projects in Hanoi, Hue, Quang Tri, Quang Binh, and Kon Tum. We are seeking qualified, enthusiastic, experienced Vietnamese applicants for 04 full-time Total Mine Action Surveyors (TMAS) working in Thua Thien Hue province.
📍GENERAL INFORMATION:
- Position: Total Mine Action Surveyors
- Organization: NPA
- Location: Thua Thien Hue province

📍REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have excellent health, have experience and be familiar with working in tough outdoor conditions. Due to the heavy and hazardous nature of the job, it’s highly recommended that candidates with spinal cord pain/disease, joint pains, myopia would not apply to ensure your own safety during the recruitment process and training.
- Shall collect and accurately report survey data.
- Shall use and maintain dedicated equipment in accordance with manuals and instructions. Any damage must be immediately reported to TMAS TL.
- Shall immediately report any breaches of SOP to TMAS TL.
- Shall understand and implement any directions from TMAS TL.
- Shall attend relevant internal capacity building activities.
- Graduated from a college or university.
- Possess good analytical, Interpersonal, Communication Skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and as individual effectively
- Have a valid driving license and able to prove solid driving skills (owning a car driving license is an advantage)
- Knowledge in computers and be able to use MS Office and Arc applications/ Software.
- Proficiency in English, including basic skills in reading, listening, writing, and speaking, is an asset
- Be careful and be able to work in a team, under pressure, and have a positive attitude.
