Trainee Recruitment Coordinator (KOTO Social Enterprise)


Job Description

  • Position: Trainee Recruitment Coordinator
  • Reporting to: the Trainee Recruitment Officer
  • Location: Bac Ninh

Responsibilities

1. Building Relationships with Partner Organizations and Authorities:
  • Initiate and maintain regular contact with partners to enhance the recruitment process through effective relationships.
2. Managing Recruitment Partner Database:
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment partner database, ensuring the nurturing and development of new contacts.
3. Identifying Changing Needs in Vietnam’s Vulnerable Youth:
  • Collaborate with partners to identify evolving needs among Vietnam’s vulnerable youth.
  • Ensure KOTO’s recruitment remains effective by understanding social, economic, and individual risks to youth and ensuring practices are relevant.
4. Gathering Information on Vulnerable Youth:
  • Seek information about the status of vulnerable youth in Vietnam through formal and informal channels.
  • Conduct visits to areas with high numbers of at-risk youth (urban and rural) to gain firsthand knowledge of challenges and changed circumstances.
5. Maintaining Relationships with KOTO Trainees:
  • Sustain relationships with KOTO trainees to gain deeper insights into their situations and those of youths in similar circumstances.
6. Organizing Informational Events:
  • Plan and organize informational events and open days to provide information to partners and potential candidates.
7. Liaising with Families and Guardians:
  • Establish and maintain communication with families and guardians to gain their understanding and cooperation in KOTO’s work.
  • Maintain regular contact to ensure a two-way flow of communication between KOTO and trainee families and guardians.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Social or Economic disciplines
  • Demonstrated recruitment experience, preferably in nonprofit or education.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Understanding of youth development programs.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Willingness to conduct field visits and organize events.
  • Commitment to the organization's mission and values.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS:

  • Work Hours: Your regular work hours will be from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the KOTO Training Centre in Phat Tich, Tien Du, Bac Ninh. Additionally, there may be occasional travel required for on-site visits.
  • Transportation: The company provides a bus service to pick up staff from Tran Nhat Duat Street, Hanoi, and transport them to the Training Centre.
