- Completed secondary education preferably supplemented by secretarial training, including formal courses related to the work of the organisation;
- Three years of administrative, secretarial and clerical experience;
- Experience in accounting is desirable; experience from practical work related to international projects is an asset;
- Professional fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or another OSCE working language would be an asset;
- Demonstrated gender awareness and sensitivity, and ability to integrate a gender perspective into tasks and activities;
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with people of different national and cultural backgrounds while maintaining impartiality and objectivity;
- Ability to operate standard computer applications including practical experience with Microsoft package.
