Consultant to Provide Technical Assistance in Project Planning and Monitoring for the Abundant Health Program (Repost) (FHI 360)

FHI 360 is an international non-governmental organization that collaborates with Vietnam Ministry of Health and other national bodies as well as provincial and district-level health services to promote the health and well-being of the Vietnamese people.

We are currently implementing Abundant Health (AH) program in Ho Chi Minh City, this is a community-based program focusing on non-communicable diseases (NCDs), is being implemented with the HCMC Department of Health. Two main aims of this innovative program are to 1) increase the identification of diabetes (DM) and hypertension (HTN), and 2) increase the quantity and retention of DM/HTN patients at the Commune Health Stations (CHS).

FHI 360 Vietnam is looking for a qualified and highly motivated consultant to provide technical assistance in Project Planning and Monitoring (based in HCMC) to support related program activities. The consultancy duration will be 9 months with expected starting time from October 2019. Please refer the details in the attached Terms of Reference.
