Basic Job Description
Content Creator is generally responsible for creating and executing the content idea/concept (including daily engagement posts, articles, social media posts, websites, and mini-games) on social platforms to engage the target audience, ensure community development and achieve organization objectives & goals. Content Creator will focus mainly on developing content for 3 programs: climate change, sustainability, and wildlife conservation.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Content Creation (70%)
- Brainstorm with internal team to develop the concept, detailed content outlines, content direction, and strategies for effective contents;
- Produce accurate, clear, and consistent communication messages to highlight our works/ campaigns via different communications channels (Websites, Facebook, publications, events, etc.);
- Provide creative ideas and content for communities such as daily/campaign/online events following direction plan and audience insight;
- Ensure the accurate language for contents (including grammatical mistakes, copyright…);
- Constantly update and develop content tactics/ key assets based on deep research and current trends;
- Writing, editing, and distributing content, including publications, press releases, website content, email marketing content, creative content, and other marketing material that communicates the campaign’s activities;
- Share content best-practices with the team; Be a content ambassador;
- Coordinating with graphic designers/agencies; developing communication materials;
- Contacting and coordinating with digital/ social media partners; Work from brief to final execution;
- Establishing style guides that specify the writing style and tone needed to create engaging content;
- Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research;
- Community Management, Reports & Analysis (20%)
- Overseeing online media mining, ensuring all the inbox, comments, messages in control during the campaign;
- Work closely with other teams to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, identify and solve problems for contributing significantly to growth targets;
- Support in moderating the influencer’s presence on all platforms (if any);
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates);
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of each content and campaign based on the channel’s data/audiences’ feedback;
- Other Duties (10%)
- Developing networks and partnerships with other digital media partners;
- Actively participate and represent the organization in various events/ meetings/ workshops as required;
- Supporting in crisis management: detecting the early signs of crisis, identifying the problem areas, prepare a crisis management plan which works best during emergency situations, help the organization come out of tough times and also prepare it for the future;
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the direct Supervisor/ Manager/ Director.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in writing and storytelling skills;
- Experience requirement: At least 1 year
- Deep understanding of current and future digital trends across all platforms;
- Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of every digital channel and creative opportunities;
- Sound knowledge of content management systems, keyword research tools, social media platforms, search engine optimization (SEO), and search engine marketing (SEM);
- The ability to work under pressure; Pro-active and self-organizing mentality;
- Hard-working, willing to travel outside the workplace as needed;
- Understand the best practices of main social media channels;
- Willing to be proactive in seeking feedback;
- High attention to detail, careful, hard-working, data-driven – mindset;
- Concern for wildlife conservation & environmental issues is an asset.
