About GNI
Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects working in more than 45 countries.Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 5 provinces: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh city. We focus on education, water & sanitation, income generation sectors in different areas of Vietnam.

- Reports to: Project Manager, IG Team Manager

Key working relationships
- Internal: Country Director, General Director, Division Managers/Team Managers/ Officers in HO, PMs, CDP Officers
- External: GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental Officials, INGOs, Communities.
Main duties
- In charge of economic development supporting activities: establish, operate and promote development of IG product, capacity of IG group members.
- Implement IG activities of GNI according to annual plan.
- Perform close and proper management of revolving fund supported by GNI for IG groups.
- Make analysis of socio-economic conditions and situation, consumption market, agricultural development orientation, etc. in various ways, thus proposing program and activities to promote economic development of people in the project area.
- Establish partnership and guide partners to participate in activities, improving efficiency of activities and supports provided by GNI
- Develop Plan of Action (POA) in IG field.
- Summarize and archive documents, data of IG activities, evaluate effectiveness, report results of project activities.
- Report working process and results periodically and/or when requested by managers, counsel with managing levels and develop plan to solve the problems that arise and need adjustment.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managerial levels;
Qualifications required
Education: University degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Development and other related fields. Skills- English communication lever;
- Good communication and presentation skill;
- Proficient in office computer skills and software;
- Plan-making and presentation skills.
- Minimum 01 year of similar role;
- Knowledge about eco-social situation in working area
- Enthusiastic in work;
- Friendly, honest and hard-working;
- Eager to learn
