PHARMA GROUP INTERN

Organization Description:

Pharma Group represents the voice of the international research-based pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam. Pharma Group currently has 23 members who all share the vision of ensuring fast and sustainable access to high quality, safe and innovative medicines for Vietnamese patients in collaboration with the Government of Vietnam.

Pharma Group is looking for an intern based in Ho Chi Minh City to join the Pharma Group Secretariat.

MAIN DUTIES

Job Title: Intern

Job Summary: Provide support to Pharma Group Policy Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Type of Contract: 3 months internship contract with possibility to extend
Expected start date: as soon as possible

Main Duties

• Support the Pharma Group Secretariat in day-to-day activities and projects, including setting up meetings, making logistical arrangements, drafting reports of meetings and periodic reports of Pharma Group activities
• Work with team members to prepare presentations for Pharma Group meetings
• Consolidate inputs received from member companies to draft legislations, position papers
• Support the team with other administrative work when required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (degree in Law or Trade relations is an advantage)

Work Experience: Prior experience in a multinational company or an NGO is preferred

Core Competencies:

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent writing and presentation skills, in particular ability to summarize and present complex information in an easy-to-understand format
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams and also independently
• Flexible and proactive/can-do attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office, in particular Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word

Languages

• Excellent written and oral communication in English
• Additional Vietnamese fluency is an advantage
