Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects working in 45 countries.
Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 4 provinces: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa. We focus on education, water & sanitation, income generation sectors in 6 different areas of Vietnam.

Reports to: OD Junior Manager, EP Team Leader Type of contract: Full time
1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS Internal : Country Director, General Manager, Managers/Officers in HO , PMs, Project Officer.
External: GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.
2. MAIN DUTIES
1. Manage and develop a comprehensive Sex Education program
- Coordinate with consultants to complete the program according to the plan and timeline built
- Coordinate with project areas to develop long-term and short-term strategies and plans for program implementation, contributing to solving local problems.
- Coordinating the implementation of the program in the areas
- Program development with advocacy orientation
2. Build a network of partnerships
- Receive and deploy cooperation focal points with the team's current partners; Coordinate the implementation of planned programs.
- Having a strategy to develop a network of relevant partners
3. Building the Children Education and Protection projects
Collaborate with internal team and fundraising department to develop ideas and write special projects related to comprehensive Sex Education program and in the field of Child Education and Protection
4. Others
- Coordinate with other team members in implementing activities in other contents/programs such as: Reading Culture Development, Children's Capacity Development, Child Protection...
- Other duties as required by Department Manager and Team Leader
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education: University graduate or higher majoring in Social Work, Psychology, Education (Biology, Primary ...) or other relevant fields.
Work experience
- Minimum 1 year of similar role
- Good experience and skills in managing projects related to Education and Child Protection
- Having knowledge and experience in factors of community empowerment, projects related to reading culture development, children's capacity development...
- Knowledge and experience related to sex education programs, reproductive health care is an advantage
- Able to work under high pressure.
Skills
- Ability to work independently and work with the team;
- Good English language skills in writing & speaking;
- Plan-making and presentation skill;
- Strong interpersonal and team work skills.

- Committed working with GNI at least 2 years.
