RECRUITMENT FOR OPERATION OFFICER

Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects working in 45 countries.

Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 5 provinces: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh, Thanh Hoa and Ho Chi Minh city. We focus on education, water & sanitation, income generation sectors in different areas of Vietnam.

Reports to: Project Manager, EP Team Manager

1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal		External
Country Director, General Director, Division Managers/Team Managers/ Officers in HO, PMs, CDP Officers		GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental Officials, INGOs, Communities.
2. MAIN DUTIES
Prepare plan to develop and organize implementation of activities in project area of Mai Chau CDP in Education and Protection field (Good Puppet Show, Child Right Education, Child Empowerment Service, Comprehensive gender education for children, etc.); Water and Sanitation, (Environment protection education for children and people in the community, prepare and implement projects to improve quality of water and sanitation for community members, etc.); Develop the relationship with partners and community in relation to education, child protection, water and sanitation sector; Take responsibility for summarizing, reporting all contents related to in-charge activities to managing levels; Perform other tasks assigned by managerial levels;
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education: University degree in Education, Social work and other related fields.	Requirements: Minimum 1 year of similar role; Knowledge about eco-social situation in working area Knowledge about policy about child’s law, child protection work.
Skills English communication lever; Good communication and presentation skill; Proficient in office computer skills and software; Plan-making and presentation skills.	Attitude Enthusiastic in work; Friendly, honest and hard-working; Eager to learn.
