The European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) is the principle voice of the European business community in Vietnam. EuroCham was established in 1998 and is a members-based, independent, not for profit organization of European companies who are investing in Vietnam, for the benefit of all. With over 1,040 members and 18 Sector Committees, EuroCham is one of the biggest foreign Chambers of Commerce in Vietnam and among the 5 largest European Chambers of Commerce worldwide. EuroCham represents a plethora of sectors and sizes ranging from SMEs to MNCs with a very strong business network in both Vietnam and Europe. Acting as an intermediary between our members - the business community - and local, national, regional and European authorities. EuroCham advocates on its members' behalf, to generate improvements in the business environment, raise awareness on key issues and disseminate information on issues relating to doing business in Vietnam.

Main Duties and Key Performance Indicators:
- Planning, promotion and implementation of EuroCham’s Green event 2022
- Implementation of day-to-day project management activities under supervision of EuroCham Head of MarCom & Special Events
- Business Development / sales / recruitment of exhibitors (minimum 150 brands)
- Sell sponsorships / booths / exhibition spaces to potential exhibitors / partners

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Training Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business Trade, Management or Business Dvlpt
- Strong experience in Business Development is a must
- Experience in organizing large scale events is an asset
- Technical experience and understanding of event management (ideally, fairs and/or exhibitions) would be an asset
Experience: At least 5-year experience in the field
Management Experience: None, but experience in coordinating a very large number of stakeholders and service providers would be an asset
Core Competencies:
- Creativity skills
- Very good communication skills/social skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, open minded
- Eager to work in an international environment
- Flexibility is required
Languages: Fluent written and spoken English
