Good Neighbors is an international, non-profit humanitarian organization that plans, implements and raises funds for the provision of services in child education, community development, health, sanitation, and disaster relief projects working in 45 countries.

Good Neighbors International in Vietnam (GNI) is implementing Community Development Projects (CDP) based on child sponsorship in 4 provinces: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Hoa Binh and Thanh Hoa. We focus on education, water & sanitation, income generation sectors in 6 different areas of Vietnam.

1. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Internal		External
Country Director, General Manager, Managers/Officers in HO , PMs, Project Officers		GNI’s Donors, Partners, Governmental. Officials, INGOs, Communities.
2. MAIN DUTIES
Be in charge of managing sponsored children in Quang Binh CDP by regularly updating the situation of the children as planned or requested; Implement all related activities to provide children's information to sponsors and provide direct services for sponsored children; conduct other child protection activities and programs according to the plan's schedule and budget; Work on making Annual Plan of Action (POA) of the project; Work closely with managers and staff in Head office; Ensure the efficiency of implementing project activities: making plans, writing proposals, carrying, monitoring, evaluating and writing reports; Work directly with related local partners to facilitate the implementation of any activities; Provide guidance to ensure that partners and other participants follow GNI’s regulations properly during activity implementation Manage the activity budget and check the process of disbursement as planned Cooperating with other divisions in the office to implement the activities effectively Conduct other tasks required by line managers.
3. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Education: University degree in social work, education or other relevant fields	Requirements: Minimum 01 year of similar role; Able to work under pressure and solve the arising problem;
Skills Ability to work independently and work with the team; Be able to make plans and manage the timeline of project; Good organizing skills and interpersonal skills; Good English language skills in writing & speaking; Good skill in computer use	Attitude Sociable, responsive, committed working with GNI at least 02 years Accountable and transparent.
